Hal-hal yang tidak disebutkan dalam spesifikasi teknis ini harus dinegosiasikan oleh pembeli & pemasok. Dokumen ini menegaskan perjanjian dua pihak sebagai perjanjian teknis kontrak kecuali jika dinyatakan dalam lampiran tertulis resmi.

Pengujian kabel harus dilakukan sesuai dengan standar Kabel Listrik 400 kV yang berlaku. Item uji berikut harus dilakukan sesuai dengan standar IEC yang relevan.

6. PACKING PARTICULARS UNTUK Kabel Listrik 400 kV
Kabel harus diikat pada drum baja. Tanda yang tak terhapuskan harus dicetak pada permukaan drum flange sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.
